- Ktwo.ai cannot guarantee a specific percentage of cost reduction or revenue increase, as results vary based on circumstances unique to each client.
3. Limitation of Liability
- Ktwo.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the use of our services.
- Our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Ktwo.ai for the services in question.
- We will not be liable for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information necessary for the implementation of AI solutions. Any delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client may impact the quality and timelines of the services provided.
- The client is also responsible for ensuring the proper implementation and use of the AI solutions provided. Ktwo.ai will offer guidance and support, but cannot be held responsible for the client’s internal processes, decisions, or execution failures.
- If the client fails to meet any responsibilities outlined in the individual contract, Ktwo.ai reserves the right to adjust timelines, deliverables, or fees as necessary.
5. Service Adjustments and Optimization
- We commit to working with clients to optimize AI solutions and make adjustments as needed to maximize potential benefits. This includes refining strategies, tools, or processes based on real-world results and client feedback.
- In cases where the expected benefits are not achieved, Ktwo.ai will engage in good-faith efforts to adjust and optimize the service delivery, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond what is contractually agreed upon.

- Any disputes arising from these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Connecticut, USA.
